The partial oceanview room is literally a little peek of the ocean..not worth the extra money. The breakfast is horrible you get toast and cereals. The staff was friendly and helpful. The door to our room didnt close right so we had to slam it going and coming.

I almost never leave reviews, but people really need to know before booking here. This place charges prices similar to much nicer beachfront hotels in the area, but the condition of the rooms is nowhere close. 72 Park - Miami Beach by Nomada
We had 3 rooms very nice but..... They advertise a bar - bar not open we were told they have no permits to open expedia does not advertise the bar but the hotels/residence website does - room extremely small for the money Check in they where very dismissive VIP - you get nothing 2 room no toiletries ...
