"There was a problem at check in - I had to send and resend the confirmation from Expedia. The room was run down and dimly lit, and the bathroom door didn't close. We were tired from a long trip, and thought we might eat at the hotel restaurant. We went to check it out and were met by a very rude waitress who told us to "Get out!". We said we knew they were not open yet (we were half an hour early) but wanted to have a look and possibly see a menu. "You can't see a menu. Get out!", she snarled....

"Muy mala experiencia por parte de expedia que nos confirmaron la reserva y al llegar al camping playa montroig no tenian constancia de dicha reserva y no puedimos disfruta de el bungalow que habiamos reservado. Gracias al reponsable del camping pudieron solventar este grave error y nos ubicaron en otro alojamiento. Muy mal servicio por parte de expedia no volveremos a coger otro viaje con vosotros."

"Great location, close to the beach and quiet area. Great house, spacious, very clean. The terrasse is fantastic with a nice view. We couldn't enjoy the pool as it was still cold at this time. Arrival was a bit disturbed as the keys were locked in the safe at the gate and the safe was blocked and couldn't open. Thanks to the neighbors who could help. Bring a screwdriver with you :-) Anyway, it was a very good stay and I recommend the place"
