"Got stuck in the elevator the first night. It was jumping and the door wouldn't open. I rang the alarm and nothing. Nobody came to check. The door finally opened and i went to call the front desk and the hotel number wasn't working . The phone in the room wasn't connected to even call the front desk and let them know. When i called reservations, they kept giving me the same non working number. When i mentioned it the next day at the front desk, the guy there said " Oh, that's the first time I've heard this" like i was crazy or making it up. A simple sorry may have put a band aid on my already irritated nerves from the filthy floors and the fact that they only come to throw out garbage, make the beds and bring you clean towels every 3 days, or "sooner" upon request. My "sooner" was 3 days. The bathroom counter had some kind of God knows what on it. Good thing i travel with my own lysol wipes and spray.This is not a place for more than a 2 night stay at most. I was there for 5, unfortunately. The best compliment I can give is that the bed was comfortable and McDonald's and IHOP were just a few feet away. Never again."

"Not enough staff in the evenings "

"Not worth the stay for so many reasons. I needed a quick easy night before a 7am flight. If you have a rental car don’t park here - the narrow 30 car lot is angled and dead ends, so you’ll have to back out completely. Yay. Then there’s no elevator so good luck to your back to haul luggage up the stairs. Then the tiny rooms and postage stamp sized bathroom, while renovated it’s still so very tiny and the stall shower not enjoyable at all. And the paper thin walls - this was the worst part. There was a group of foreign men staying to the right of #238 that talked in FULL VOLUME until 3:30am, on the night we change clocks ahead so I lost yet another hour. Ear plugs helped but not fully. I had complete lack of faith the young front desk girl would have it in her to get them to quiet down so I didn’t bother complaining. Lesson learned to do more digging on hotel amenities next time I book. I travel a ton so this is just one bad experience out of many good, but seriously don’t pay the $220 a night for this sad hotel."

"It doesn't look like a hotel"

"Had a good stay..the breakfast was not fantastic but it was good overall. I was comfortable together with my family."

"Good hotel , convenient location, clean has a good pool, wish bar was a bit more active, breakfast sucks no effort to make a decent breakfast. Was there for 4 nights everyday same eggs and potatoes. Only two waffle machines takes forever to be able to make a waffle."

"No shuttle available..... Self check in. Room was clean, nothing nearby."

"Easy check in and great location!! Overall great experience I would recommend if you fly out really early in the morning because the hotel is located right in the terminal level 2 and you can walk to wherever you need to go "
