"The hotel was super nice, it was clean and the staff were amazing. They have coffee or hot chocolate all night available to the customers. The water pressure for the shower wasnt the greatest, but it was perfect hotel. We will visit it again"

"When I arrived for check in after a long travel day, imagine my surprise that despite having a confirmation from Expedia there was no reservation for me. HAROLD, the front desk clerk, was very gracious and kind. He called the Expedia contact the hotel had and found that there was a glitch at Expedia and despite charging me and sending me a confirmation Expedia had never made my reservation. He stayed on the line with Expedia and handled the issue efficiently and professionally. He even apologized for the hiccup even though it was entirely Expedia's fault! He apologized but I never heard from Expedia. HAROLD definitely saved the trip! Thank you, HAROLD!"
