"The room was very nice and clean and everything was very tidy and nice. Big balcony with the room and a mini fridge. But the wifi is terrible and could hardly connect our phones. Looking up simple directions and the weather for the day took a while with the internet connection. Very limited parking as well and had motorcycles taking up full spots when there was spots that cars couldn’t fit but they could. Had to park on the street outside which was fine. Overall the stay was nice outside of the wifi"

"The view of the lake from our room was amazing. We were on the 5th floor. The hotel staff was friendly (Marco at check-in was great), and the room was extremely clean! Lovely amenities with a hand written note from manager. Short walk into town, breakfast was pleasant on terrace, private parking available for 19CHF/night. Would definitely recommend and stay here again in the near future!"

"This is a stunning hotel and was like staying in a palace. The spa and indoor pool were fantastic especially as it rained during our stay. The Hemingway bar was a great place for a drink in the evening with relaxing live music. Some of the room decor is a bit dated. Especially the drapes, bed covers and curtains but otherwise it was a very special place to stay. "

"We stayed in the old part behind the main building room small but lovely bathroom and adequate. Sky bar was lovely but overpriced drinks put us off. Lovely pool area and great location"

"Beautiful property with nice mature trees. Service was very courteous upon arrival. The pool and outside areas are clean and updated. The hotel is situated at a short distance to the main city of Varese. The only down side is some of the rooms still have carpet, and showers with curtains. Overall, I recommend this establishment and would come back."
