"My step son just moved to Ocala Florida and was graduating . A perfect vacation for us from Phoenix . The property was right downtown . Publix super market was less than 1/4 mile. Restaurants were the same distance away. When we arrived the code to the door worked . Always a positive . The place was immaculate. We started to unload our groceries and found that some of the stuff we purchased such as spices happened to already be in the cabinet . After further looking around they supplied many...

"Convenient, attractive downtown location for walking. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The floodlights were annoying. The rooms were broken up in an awkward manner. The furniture was totally wrong for us seniors: high table and chairs, a sofa that put us so far down that it was nearly impossible to get up. The "smart" television was too tricky to navigate. All we needed were the basic channels."

Front door needs repair, has hole from previous lock/handle and needs weather stripping. Would stay again because it was clean, we felt safe and it was a good no-frills budget property."

"The location was very nice. The house was a nice layout and has a lot of potential. We really liked the place, but the house needs to be upgraded in many areas (shower, toilets, kitchen). Lots of dust under furniture and window sills. BBQ grill needs to be replaced (no heat deflectors, bottom rusted away completely). Our comments are meant to encourage owners to improve this property. It would definitely be worth putting time/effort/money into. It was a delightful place and we’d stay there...
