"Villa Sabolini was an amazing place to stay in the heart of Tuscany and extremely close to many wineries in the Chianti region. The villa itself and the room we stay in was very large and very suitable for us travelling with a child. It was clean and offered a great view of the courtyard and views were f the rolling Tuscan hills. The restaurant as well on the site was amazing, we went there both nights during our stay and the food and service was unquestionable. Definitely try the Bistecca Fiorentina. We would definitely love the return to the villa and explore more of the Tuscan wine regions. "

Benjamin, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. His hospitality made all the difference. I can’t recommend this place enough. We indulged in a wine tasting, which was an incredible experience. The tour of the facilities was informative, and we even had the opportunity to taste some of their finest wines in their beautiful underground cellar. Every glass was a testament to the quality and care they put into their production. Dinner at the property was equally impressive. The Bistecca alla Fiorentina was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It was a highlight of our trip. During our stay, we also had the chance to explore the charming town nearby, where we enjoyed coffee, gelato, and pizza while soaking in the stunning views. The spa experience was a major highlight.
