"Great location. Excellent hotel with friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Their ethos is on sustainability so they will send in housekeeping daily if you wish but the bathroom is the only room cleaned - no beds are made. We did not opt for breakfast but they do allow free tea and coffee from 11.30pm to 11.30am daily. Would recommend. "

"Room was a little dated with cracks in bathroom here and there however, cannot fault the stay we had a room upgrade with a view of the cathedral, the use of mini bar free of charge was very nice and the staff were very friendly. Will definitely book here again on our return visit."

"The hotel is superbly placed near the centre of the old town with its own walkway ( over the busy roads ) to the banks of the Rhine . We were very impressed by the grandeur of the interior and tge room was very spacious and comfortable . Unfortunately tge pool was extremely small ( more of a plunge pool ) not suited to providing me with my daily swimming exercise routine which required a length of 25m."

"The room was okay. Bed was the best part because it was comfortable. TV barely worked. Was almost impossible to use. Staff were okay as well. Not the most polite but at least somewhat helpful. Parking wasn’t ideal. I had to park somewhere else temporarily because I needed a code to get into the parking. Why not just have a ticket and validation system for guests. Breakfast was cheap (€13) but very basic. No sausages or anything warm. Coffee was tasty. "
