"Very easy check in and out with friendly staff. Useful shared kitchen with fridge and all basic cooking equipment. Clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Good location, nice walk into the centre of Berlin (about 30/40 minutes). Lidl only a 15 minute walk away. "

"Minimalist cubicles don't have any luxury (like AC), but provided enough comfort for one night stay. Would recommend it to younger travelers as there is a lot of youth orientated activities on the location (beach volleyball, beach bar, adrenalin climbing park ...)"

There is no reception and that's why we called ahead of time ensure we came to the right place, the guy on the phone was less than helpful. We followed the advise and directions from Expedia and ended up in the vicinity. We called the number yet again and no one answered. The hostal faces the train station so you wont get to sleep, because the train wont stop trough the night. The staff makes fun of you and has a bad attitude, i had to leave this place on mi first night and they wont give you a refound. When I told the reception lady that the train is way to noisy, she said: what do you expect if it is beside the train...

"the property is fine. I just recommend a portable air-condition because it is very hot and we cannot hardly sleep at night. Electric fan is not going to reach on the second bunk bed. I was miserable because of heat."
