"Room was clean. Staff pleasant, helpful and responsive to requests (e.g. promptly fixed a TV issue and provided extra towels). Plenty of room for parking and convenient. Breakfast adequate and appreciated access anytime to coffee and hot water. Good location, fairly close to shops and some restaurants and not far from downtown and highways."

"The staff were truly amazing and made our stay so special for me and my boyfriends anniversary. We got to chat with staff and they greeted us daily. They set up a nice surprise with a card, champagne and cheesecake after we explained why we were staying. They were so warm and welcoming! I will definitely be back again to stay with them, it was truly so amazing and we could’ve have asked for a better anniversary."

"Good location is all I have to say positively, advertised city view but no such window, looked at a wall. Old furniture falling apart, the only drawers had mold and dirty rags under the bottom drawer. Didn’t even unpack my suitcase! Old bar fridge on the floor and an old stained threadbare chair. No microwave and an crappy little coffee maker. Place needs major renovation or even replacement for better use of space. Might have a fancy name but I cannot advise people to pay what they’re charging for their rooms!! Pictures are available if one needs proof."

"I booked my room months in advance , tried to contact the hotel to request a room on the ground floor . Was finnaly answered when I arrived and told they couldn't give us a room on the ground floor but to check again tomorow . We did and was told they would let us know and never did . Only give you one room key so whenever I went out I had to ask to be let back in my room as my partner was working and took the key with him.The staff were honestly very sweet and kind , they didn't offer housekeeping but the ladies I asked clean towels and coffee from were so so sweet . Walls are paper thin , internet cut out all the time which made watching anything impossible . The breakfast went down hill since the last time I stayed( had pancakes ,waffles selection of pasteries) . They Had pastries, bagles and yogurt . Some fresh fruit was available as well . I was so disappointed this time that I cannot imagine booking here again . Parking is ok ,however they are building a new apt block so the construction workers park in the hotel parking which doesn't leave alot of space . I wouldn't say avoid as it is pretty close distance to the mall ,superstore, shoppers drug mart and Walmart just be aware ."

"A very interesting and unique property. We had the executive two level suite. The suite is quite dated and soft furnishings need to be replaced. The kitchenette was not particularly useful as there was nothing in the cupboards. I expected some basic utensils, a kettle and dishware to get my grandaughter a little breakfast in the morning but none were to be had. The suite was tidy but really needed a deep cleaning and dusting in my view. The beds were comfortable and the linens were lovely. I would recommend but perhaps dial down your expectations."

"Beds were really comfortable. Fridge , microwave and coffee maker in the room . You could hear every little sound from the hallway. Complementary breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Bathroom unfortunately was cramped. Toilet was really low to the ground. Bathtub was very slippery and if they don’t want someone falling and suing them I would suggest they put some anti slip on it sooner rather then later. Overall a good experience for the cost."

"It's decent value for money. Can be noisy in terms of location. The train tracks behind it run a out once or twice a day. Easy a cea to shops and food."

"I only got chereos and the patatos since i don't like peppers and stuff in eggs would have prefered simple scrambled eggs and i didn't end up liking the patatoes with usually is my favorite part. I also don't eat breakfast sausage so i had no meat options. Maybe think to accomodate all people. A lot of people don't like peppers and onions in omelettes. If i liked those things tho they would have been very good was fresh"
