When asked for alternative they asked me to open windows turn off air conditioner and sleep. Even if they have any protocol they should have mentioned in the portal for customers to see when booking the property"

"Tiny room but very clean. Staff were not attentive at all. Charged for water stand without providing coffee or cappuccino at all. Best location for NYFW Sony Hall and great live music! "

"Really liked it there the room was gorgeous. Bathrooms are a little small and could have better accommodation for folks who are have troubles getting around. The staff was absolutely great and very helpful. The food was good but very typical hotel food ate there twice in the restaurant and was actually a bit disappointed that it didn’t have a bit more flare. "
