"I love this hotel and I’ve been there on numerous occasions. I’m not sure what happened during this visit but my room was not clean. I went back to the desk to ask for a different room and they put me in an even dirtier room. The elevators weren’t even clean.I hope Ocean corrects this soon. "

"Room was very warm because the air conditioner was not working and I asked the maintenance staff if they could just open my window because it was too heavy for me to lift and no one ever showed up. Other than that concierge was wonderful and I just love the location."

"Clean and very friendly staff, everyone was so nice. When you walk in there’s a Starbucks in the corner and lobby is beautiful. Would not stay again because the rooms are old and outdated. No microwave in any room, what’s so ever. Brought some pizza back and couldn’t eat it. Very old tv, it looks like a microwave. We got put in the wrong room but didn’t complain because we didn’t really mind even though the bed was smaller then what we paid for. Dock parking- 4day parking with hotel discount, $180 total."
