"We had a suite. It was spacious with wonderful views. We did not get a a chance to the pool but did enjoy some drinks and a snack at the bar upstairs. We were able to leave our luggage on the day we checked out with the doorman to enjoy another day in the city before heading home."

"We enjoyed an excellent stay at ROW NYC. The location can't be beat for anyone attending theater on Broadway. It is literally around the corner from the major theaters, and the hotel is astonishingly quiet for the location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We were surprised there wasn't a desk in the room. The only other criticism is the bizarre system for calling the elevators that involves two different sets of buttons you have to push."

"Excellent location, rooms a bit dated but the location makes up for it. Tik tok diner is part of the hotel and that was brilliant for breakfast, food and drinks. Overall a great stay."
