"Terrific location. Very nice property. Clean and great rooftop bar. Did not appreciate the resort fee but that’s NYC. Have stayed here many times. Lots to do nearby and easy subway access to everywhere."

"Deceptively small rooms. AC was unpredictable. Elevator key is broken meaning anyone in the pub/lobby can come up to the rooms. Does the trick if you’re just looking for a clean place to sleep."

Tons of food options and you can even leave and come back across the city within 30 minutes if you want to bring food back to the hotel, bring extra because you can heat it up later! "Well situated, close to the subway. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Where to start… All of the doors are extremely heavy. Not a good flow to the hotel, the elevators were tucked behind the reception desk and you would never know they were there, no signage. My room was over the square courtyard facing a wall of windows that looked directly in on other guests rooms, no reflective glass, I saw lots of naked people who I suspect had no idea. "We booked this hotel as we were celebrating our 45th Wedding Anniversary in The City! I fell in love with this unique different hotel! Loved how comfortable the beds were and how it was alongside the window so we could see the City Streets. The rooftop was decorated beautifully with plenty of lounging areas. Love the new concept of efficiency hotel, unique ways in saving space. Just wish the had coffee pots in the room. Otherwise , highly recommend!"

"When parking on Sundays you don't have to worry about tickets on the other hand on weekdays consider a parking garage. In my experience I realized there wasn't enough body wash and the tissue was not replenished it only had three sheets of tissue. I also did not get my complimentary breakfast vouchers so I ended up checking out by 8:30 a.m and leaving without breakfast. I would consider staying again because of the convenient location. "This was a great place to stay. Rooms are small, but has to be expected, considering it’s New York City. But this was a great little boutique hotel in Chinatown and the location was excellent. The only thing I had an issue with was we had trouble getting hot water for showers. Other than that this place was amazing."

"This was an excellent stay! Anytime I’m going to New York, I will be staying here. The place is so clean, very secure (three locks on the door). The staff was consistently helpful. And the $10 coupon that they gave you for breakfast is quite substantive because the café has delicious food that will fit the budget. I had quiches that were $10, or sandwiches that were $10. Haven’t seen that kind of price in the upper west side in New York. I really enjoyed my stay."

"If you are excited to visit the Big Apple and just have a place to crash Yotel will be one. Expensive, but that's it a place to crash. The front desk people only know to give you the Keys other things they will go away and make a call, and if you request the manager to show up, he will a sneaky and tip toe fleet the site. "Room was fine, small but not a shoebox; bathroom door was unable to be fully locked but since I was travelling with a close friend, we did not have an issue with it. Desk in room had outlets to charge phones/ computers, but we had a hard time using it. After adjusting the cables it did eventually work, but it took a while to fully charge. Quiet area, super close to central park which was so nice! Elevator is old and sort of slow."
