"First time in NOLA- great, friendly service. Beignets every day just across from hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious everyday. Everything within walking distance- only used a cab to/from airport. Room was quiet at night even though we overlooked Broadway. Love the courtyard! Great time."

"Beautiful and well maintained. Central location. Quiet and good elevator service despite being packed for the Taylor Swift Era Tour. Slow to get rooms ready, however, due to the crowds. "

"Worry about service also cleanliness. We had an a/c issue in our room which was eventually resolved by your maintenance man.(Great job fixing a/c problem). But if by chance the problem wasn’t resolved the front desk person(lady with glasses) we would have to check out and find another hotel. We asked why if there was an issue with the a/c already but the cleaning ladies didn’t tell her. We said there are other rooms available and she said there all reserved and I’m not going to give you any of those rooms. Just like that so if issue is not resolved you’re out of luck primarily and you must check out or stay in the hot room. Very unprofessional and she had just had another issue with another guest while I was waiting addressing an issue they had on the phone. He wanted the manager but he had left already."
