Note that the ceilings are a bit short making the top bunk in one bedroom best suited for a child. The Start Park is beautiful, but does have you on some winding roads getting too and from places like State College"

"This motel is old (retro?!) and simple, but kept very clean. All the staff are friendly. It's great to have an affordable place for an overnight stop. And the towels, while not spa-luxurious, were far thicker and softer than those at a Motel 6 I stayed at recently!"

"Lodging and location were fine. Some confusion on exactly where the entrance was which was compunded due to arriving after dark. While the directions were accurate, being told to drive across the lawn was counter intuitive and led to initially parking in the wrong spot. Entering thru the french doors and combination lock went fine. Suggest throwing a tarp over the motorcycle being repaired in the front room. I work on cars and bicycles alot so it didn’t bother me, but others may have been taken back by it. I would stay there again."
