"A mixed experience. Our room was flooded and we had to stay the night in a room with a drip because we couldn’t get through on the publicly available number as it was late at night. Yes, we received a free breakfast and were told we would receive a reimbursement for the nights stay but this never came through and when I contacted the hotel, a Manager named Benny said a reimbursement would not be happening as we had received a free breakfast to compensate. It’s a shame because the staff there were lovely and apologetic but was disappointed they didn’t keep their word about the reimbursement of my night’s stay. "
