Très beau et très grand mais…

L’appartement est spacieux et super bien situé. Belle vue sur la mer et très bien équipé. Cependant, j’ai été déçue de plusieurs choses : c’est une entreprise qui gère la location et au final ce n’est pas super car j’ai eu au moins 3 canaux de communications. Ce qui complique la fluidité des informations. De plus, le chauffe eau n’était pas allumé, les lits étaient fait alors que nous avions prévenus que nous apportions nos draps, donc on a pu tout retirer et plier. Il y a beaucoup de choses où ils demandent un supplément : arrivée ou départ tardif, draps, nettoyage ,… les murs de la toilette sont plein d’humidité et de moisissure, la poignée de la porte d’entrée nous est restée dans les mains… bref des petites choses qu’on attend pas quand c’est une entreprise qui gère la location. Bien que le service support ait été réactif ça casse un peu ce moment de détente tant attendu.
