"We came on a mini cruise, arrived at about 10.00. Giuseppe was on the desk and showed us where to leave our case all day. Checkin in the evening was easy. "The hotel was fantastic. It’s only three metro stops from Ahoy and conveniently located near many attractions and amenities. The metro station is just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, making it very easy to get around Rotterdam. The room service was excellent, with the option to order food directly from Foodhallen. There is also a 24/7 self-checkout shop on the ground floor, which was very convenient. The views from the room and balcony were amazing, especially with the beautiful weather during my stay. I would definitely stay here again, particularly if TwitchCon returns to Rotterdam in the future."
