Guest Houses in Middle Caicos

"Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you. "I cannot say enough positive things about Sailrock and the wonderful staff who work there. We felt cared for and known. Honestly I think they knew all about where we were at any given point - and catered to us kindly. It was really thoughtful. They knew our names and never forgot us. We enjoyed the property immensely - from the cove with the protected beach, to the kayak trip with Ben, to our beautiful meals with Earl and Ezra, to the masseuses in the very cool open air massage huts, to our buggy driver Pomong. We played pickle ball one morning - it was very hot but a good work out. I went every day for a short one hour workout to the gym. We stayed in one of the ridge rooms and enjoyed our huge porch and the variety of birds. In fact one day we just stayed there the whole day. The mixology class with Agus was a riot - and we met two new friends. We checked out and went to the other exclusive property on the island and it’s lovely too but different. It feels like a resort and we are two of many. At Saltrock we felt special and it was secluded. Just an incredible experience. Also we should give special note to their concierge service which we had on what’s app the whole time. They were quick to respond and were VERY polite. In fact, after we had checked out and reached the second property, I realized id left my medication at Sailrock. We messaged the concierge and they sent it via van to me in a few hours without charge!"

"The house was perfect. We had 4 couples. Perfect space for all of us. The house was very clean and had a lot of little amenities. You are ON THE beach. BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises. It was an amazing relaxing getaway to float in the ocean all day. The host was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definately stay here again. "

"We absolutely loved being here and feel blessed to have had the opportunity! This home was perfect in many ways. The garden and beach, comfy pillows and beds, everything we needed to cook our own meals. I especially liked the screeened in patio and the nice grill. Barbados beach is a dream! We saw many sea turtles along our beach walks. Conch Beach is closeby where we found 51 conch shells! We couldn't take that many home, so we left to help beautify the garden even more.
