"Very nice"

"Overall, my wife and I had an excellent babymoon at this resort! The location was unbeatable, and resulted in a complete and total relaxation for the entire trip. We never had to wake up early to put down towels at the beach, and never had to wait to be seated for any meals. The food at the hotel was honestly top-notch, and was the best I've ever had at any resort of ever stayed (and not just in the Caribbean!). All the while we had an excellent stay, I will note that there were a few areas for improvement: -Some of the Skyridge Villas are in need of an exterior paint job -Our room was 98% clean upon arrival, but the indoor shower had several areas where there was hair from a previous occupant. This was quickly addressed once reported, but was glaringly obvious upon first glance. -The bed in the room my wife and I found to be much too firm -Lastly, communication amongst the staff, particularly regarding pre-arrival preferences and execution of included amenities could be improved. For example, as a pre-arrival request, we were to have sodas in our fridge upon check-in, however, this was not fulfilled, and took multiple follow-ups with staff to be resolved. We also had a question about whether room service was included in our all-inclusive package, and received different answers to this question depending on who we asked. We also had some amenities on our island tour that were advertised, but not provided, because no one ensured they were received upon our return to the hotel."

"Hurry up and book this place before someone else gets to! We had 5 adults and one baby, plenty of room for even more! This house is on the beach in a very private area, neighborhood. The owners Brian & Lynn were great with communication. We opted to rent a van during our stay, so well worth it. North Caicos is a bit remote so having your own car/van is very helpful. The house is very clean, air conditioning in all the rooms (new style high wall mount w/remote) and ceiling fans in every room. The property is like a little compound and is just perfect for a getaway! The property manager Mac is just fantastic, whatever you may want/need he can help. If you want amazing coffee head up the road just 3 minutes to Clifford’s Coffee inside of the Pelllican hotel and Barracuda Beach bar. You can also take a 30minute drive to Mudjin Harbor and have lunch with a breath taking view, legit amazing location and you can chill on the beach there too! If you want a little more action you can take the ferry that you took to get to North Caicos back to Provo and maybe go on the wave runners at Carribeqn Crusin. But as for this house, it was great. Modern kitchen with everything needed to cook, just make sure you tell your driver/taxi in Provo to stop at the IGA so you can get all the supplies you need to take over with you. "An unforgettable vacation starts with an unforgettable house and “Grace on the Bay” is just that. It’s a perfect place to spend time inside and out. It was so clean it sparkled and the owners had everything we needed.Mr. John is absolutely the BEST and he was always available as needed. (And so kind to us)Transportation from the airport to the ferry was easy, the ferry ride was quick as we got our first glimpse of beautiful North Caicos.Mr. John had a car waiting and helped us get to our own private paradise-Grace on the Bay.Our concierge, Regina was always available to help out with any details. "The house was perfect. We had 4 couples. Perfect space for all of us. The house was very clean and had a lot of little amenities. You are ON THE beach. BEAUTIFUL sunsets and sunrises. It was an amazing relaxing getaway to float in the ocean all day. The host was always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. We would definately stay here again. "
