"Location is amazing. Property even better. One negative is that there is no property parking, so you have to park on the side streets and walk to property. And since its peak of the season, it was impossible to find close parking spot. So we had to drive in circles for hour or so. Google maps was unhelpful since the house is tucked in. But thats how split is, million and one of small intertwined one way streets. Once we found it we had a good laugh because it was so close. Definitely would stay...

"We celebrated a belated birthday with friends. Incredible views, located over a gorgeous bay! . Separate living areas so we all had our own space. Pool area was perfect to relax in. "Rude staff from start to finish. They stored our luggage when we came because room was not ready. When we received our room, they would not bring up the baggage despite asking multiple times. I even went downstairs to remind them and still nothing. After one hour, I just got it myself. No apologizes, acted as if nothing is wrong. Ordered omelet at the station and the cook gave away my food to someone else and then just pretended like nothing happened. The phone in the room didn’t work - they couldn’t care less. The attitude of the staff is just very odd. Really soured our experience in Split. These are just a few examples from the minimal interactions we had with them. I would not recommend staying here. This is NOT a 5 star hotel. 3 stars at best."
