"Clean room and clean bed"

"We stayed at this property for 2 days, and it's an extended stay and 2 days was enough of a stay. It's an older property and there's rust and some water damage, but overall it's not a bad place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure was very good. It's quiet with free parking. Near restaurants so you don't have to drive far. It's right next to the expressway so it's easy to get around Cleveland. If you need an affordable place to stay for a couple days I would recommend this place."

"The hotel was downtown but within walking distance to rock n roll hall of fame/ science center, and the browns football stadium. The hotel rates and parking rates were better than the others for this day."

"Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and plenty of parking. I was charged twice but it was taken care of as soon as I brought it to their attention. So just keep an eye on that."

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not been changed. The refrigerator made noise all night long. The beds were advertised as queen size beds and they were full size beds. The fitness room was closed supposedly because of renovations and when I went to check it out you could see through the window that it was absolutely filthy the garbage can with overflowing the mirrors were dirty. I feel Expedia should remove them from the list of options for motels because everything in the advertisement is false. The self parking was what it was. The window on our room had a broken safety chain and no screen. I would like my money refunded or at least a partial refund and I'm still waiting to hear back from Expedia about that. I have pictures of everything I'm saying."

"DO NOT STAY HERE. I was here May 8 to May 10 2026 and regret every second of it. They charged me twice for my room and would not refund me. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Room had lots of damage, shower wouldn’t drain. Toilet was on its last legs. Do not recommend staying here. Go anywhere else"
