April has done a very nice job of refinishing the hardwood floors and converting this former Arthur Murray dance studio into a very nice, and very large apartment. Our group of 4 were all adults and we had plenty of room in this unit. Although we did not need to use the kitchen, it is completely updated, and has newer appliances for any cooking needs.
