- The Roseberry is a spacious pod, offering stunning views of the Cleveland Hills. Accommodation for two people in sleeping area with a double bed, with the added bonus of a sofa bed suitable for children. Dogs are accepted in this pod. The large outside area comprises of a paved area which is furnished with a timber picnic bench and includes a fire pit (logs are available to purchase on site), and a large hot tub.. South View Retreat is part of our Bouja collection and offers bespoke and quirky accommodation in the picturesque Yorkshire countryside. This is the perfect place for rural escapes, blissful retreats and romantic breaks.

The site has the most stunning views, it felt secluded enough without being isolated and the pod and hot tub were fabulous. Super clean, making good use of the space with a good range of pots/pans/utensils so no need to take anything for future reference. John and Brian have put together a really comprehensive welcome pack detailing everything about the pod/ facilities to local places to eat and visit. There was a really nice selection of Ringtons teas/coffee/ biccies in the pod too which was a lovely touch. If I had one thing to say that I feel could be an improvement and ot literally is just this one thing, it would be for one of those skinny tower fans for the summer months to be provided as the pods do get really warm. That being said, if I were to book during a warm period again and one wasn’t provided, I wouldn’t have a major issue taking one. Great stay, fantastic location, lovely friendly owners and we will definitely be back.
