"The property and the rooms are very clean and well maintained. My only wish is that they provided more of the basic items that suite hotels usually do. You can ask at the front desk, but it’s a lot you have to ask for. As for the front desk host and hostesses, they are wonderful, very friendly and helpful. "Our stay was extremely disappointing. There was a bright lamp post directly outside our window, and because the room only had sheer curtains with no proper blackout curtains, the light shone into the room all night and made it very difficult to sleep. Cleanliness was also a major issue. There was hair on the bedsheets, making it appear the linens may not have been properly changed between guests, and there were multiple stains throughout the bathroom. Overall, the room did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards, and the condition of the accommodations significantly impacted our stay. We attempted to raise these concerns and seek a resolution, and Expedia also made multiple efforts to contact the property on our behalf. The hotel was extremely difficult to reach throughout the process and ultimately refused to provide any refund or meaningful resolution despite the documented issues."
