"We chose to stay in a budget room at the back of the property, for the price.
When we arrived we found that the property was unstaffed in the office - note on the door for a phone number to ring. Luckily there was a cleaner there and she explained the situation regarding the key boxes. I phoned the listed number and the voice recording was of very poor quality, and left a message. I hadn't heard back for over 1/2 hour, so phoned again and the call was answered and instructions given. She explained that the office was only open Monday to Friday 9 - 5. (This was a Sunday).
As the room wasn't serviced during our 3 night stay, we became low on toilet paper on our last afternoon. At 4.05pm I walked to the office to ask for more but it was closed! So much for opening hours!
Also the bathroom shower area is very small with only a hook to hang your towel, so they don't dry of course. On our second day I requested more towels from reception, which were delivered along with an airing rack, so that we could dry off our towels and that was much appreciated.
There are stairs to walk up for these budget units, so handy to know if you are older."
