"A lovely, well equipped cottage, ideal for 1-2 people, nicely tucked away in a village that has so much going on. Clean, comfortable and a lovely welcome basket from the owners. The small kitchen area has everything you need, the decor is lovely and the lighting is great. The woodburner is left ready to light, though I didn’t need it. There is lots of local information left by the owners, who are very friendly and welcoming."

"Beautiful property in a lovely location for some amazing walks. Very dog friendly, bowls, towel and biscuits provided in the cottage. Town centre is walking distance where there are lots of dog friendly pubs and cafes. There are also shops in the town to pick up any supplies. Very quiet, relaxing and cosy cottage, looking forward to our next trip with our dogs for more lovely walks. Definitely recommend."

"Our stay at the New Inn 1730 was only overnight, and we arrived around 6pm on a Sunday evening. This is a welcoming & friendly pub, with restaurant and accommodation. The owner did his best to accommodate our needs during our short stay, and is still finding his feet a little having only recently taken on the business. Food options were limited when we arrived, particularly for our two fussy children, so we did eat elsewhere that night, but the cooked breakfast in the morning was very good,...

"Lovely host, immaculately kept rooms tastefully decorated and comfortable. Delicious well presented breakfast again with a homely style service. If I could give more than 5 stars for everything I would. Note: We've stayed in hundreds of hotesl/B&B's over the years and this is at the top of te league for service, value for money and quality."
