"If you are looking for somewhere central this apartment is in the very centre of town and the Saturday market. It is not for those less able as there are 3 flights of stairs to the apartment. When you are at the front door the neighbours dog barks. We appreciate there is nothing that can be done about this. "Lovely traditional hotel on the river Severn promenade, with large outdoor beer garden and restaurant and intimate indoor restaurant and bar. The hotel is formed of 2 buildings, both with parking, sharing the outdoor facilities. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel were both nice and tasty, served by attentive staff. The hotel is close to the cathedral, the Worcester porcelain museum and other historical properties. A walk on the Severn banks is also recommended."

"We did have an issue with the hot water for the shower and the staff did their best to sort it out. All staff we dealt with were polite, friendly & helpful. The room was very clean and all furniture in good condition. Great to have a large car park on site. Could have done with a bit more choice for a continental breakfast & maybe some rustic bread choices, rather than a sliced loaf. What food we did have was of good quality."
