"Everybody had a wonderful time! The unit was clean and comfortable and perfect for four friends to spend a girls weekend! The location couldn’t have been better with an ice cream shop right next-door, pizza across the street and easy beach access onto the boardwalk just steps away! A bonus was the unit coming with two beach passes! Karl was amazing to work with. Any questions we had, he replied right away and we appreciated the late check out time on Sunday. Will definitely be back and recommend...

"Clean and spacious"

"This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. "

"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. "Great spaced out flat, comfortable stay for a family 4-6 persons. Having dedicated parking was a blessing in Bayonne area especially night time. Host was very active in responding for any questions. Location was covinient considering we had our car to move around. "
