" Very nice place. Usually have to drive around the block a few times to find parking unless it’s the middle of the day. Convenient location other than parking. The loft area gets very hot but running the fan helps. Would be perfect if the loft has its own hvac unit. "

"Everything we needed for a long weekend - Close to Kil-Kare (In town for the drag races), stores and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. "This has everything you need and then some. I only needed to provide my own food. It’s in a good location to see the airforce museum and it’s close to the college. Easy to access the highways and downtown Dayton. It has nice decor. The owner/manager is attentive. I would certainly stay again."

"Our party of six (partner plus extended family) booked this property both because it was in the path of totality of the eclipse and because of its proximity to the railroad tracks. (My partner is a railfan who has his own YouTube channel.) None of us were disappointed. "We were so impressed by how nice this place is. It is comfortable, well maintained and beautiful. The scenery is great and the fireflies put on a great show every night. We had a great time staying there while attending a dog show at the Robert's Center. The location was very convenient."
