We loved our stay here. You can walk across the street and the beach and ocean are right there. There was ample parking and the indoor pool is awesome! There are restaurants next to the hotel and across the street. We also went to the zoo near Providence and it wasn’t a bad drive at all. We also visited the Roger wheeler beach which was not a bad drive either. Housekeeping staff was awesome! We will definitely stay here again.

Very good location without actually being in Newport. ndoor pool may be convenient but it's the only one available. Nearby beach not great. Hotel is kept clean and clearly rooms have recently been modernized. Very comfortable.

The room was spacious, however the furniture in the livingroom area was minimal and very uncomfortable, so we didn't even use it. Several of the electrical outlets did not work. The bathroom door was in very bad shape - it was peeling apart, and the fan was very loud. The bed and pillows were comfortable.
