Room was not clean, specifically the bathrooms. No water in the shower at all. The room has a bad odor coming from the rugs. They need to clean the rugs. One of the sheets was dirty. As positive I can day the bed was comfortable.

Our room was clean as well as our bathroom. Our room was furnished with accessories needed such as plastic cups, Kuerig cofee/tea etc maker, microwave, mini fridge, tv, bath linens, shampoo, body wash and shampoo and I don't mean cheap travel size, it was Dove products!!! Beds and pillows were very clean and comfortable, as well as pull out sofa bed.

Common areas are visibility dirty, poorly lit, and smell like sweat and mold. Floors, furniture, fixtures, walls are all gross. Elevator buttons are even crusty and dirty. Showers and toilets in rooms are worn, broken, stained. Beds are reasonably comfortable and the carpets appeared clean. Still not worth the cost.

Staff at check-in were great. However, you had to hold the toilet handle down the entire time to have the water flush, the wifi was not secure and there was not an option for a secure one to put the code in that was provided at check-in, the pool was shut down (Main reason the hotel was booked), the shower handle was reversed for hot and cold, one of the kids took a cold shower because they couldn't figure it out, and the sofa bed was covered in dirty spots.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. However upon arrival we arrived pretty late at 2a.m we went to our room and noticed the bathroom were gross , pubes in our shower and just disgusting. Then ourselves and our children were woken up multiple times throughout the night by the ac system which made loud knocking noises all night. When I went to the front desk they did help me and gave me a new room. So we transferred everything over to the new room for our second night. The room wasn’t any cleaner but the ac was atleast quiet. But now our shower didn’t work at all. This was definitely the worst hotel experience I’ve had. Even though they staff were kind and friendly this hotel is trash and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone
