"If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely horrible. We were changed rooms twice.. first room: dirty, had mold, no cold water, broken room lock. 2nd room had all of the above plus boot marks, and a COCKROACH crawled out of the peephole on the door. Third room was the best of them all but still ..."
