The staff, during our stay, were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, boiled eggs bread, yogurt etc. Everything was always being topped up. The tub enclosure in our rooms bathroom was kind of old and worn but good enough for a quick shower. Hotel was close to a lot of amenities.

See the staff, the breakfast and the parking were all great. The only negative I was with the maintenance and some broken facilities ( air conditioner, door latch, sticky patio door) The staff was very apologetic and seemed to take the concerns seriously, which is a positive. The property could do with a few $100 invested in each room, fixing those small things. And just making it a little bit more functional

was suppose to be a handicap room it was not .... shower had a 4 inch step to get into it.. toilet was so low to the ground it was horrible... they laid carpet over carpet so it was bunching up ... very hard to even push a wheel chair on it......front desk staff was friendly held doors for us no push button for automatic open doors .... breakfast was very good... parking was good but to get out our patio doors was a big step so we always had to walk threw the hall way to get out of the place.......

I was greeted in a friendly manner at the reception area. The check in was smooth. I was given suggestions as to what to see and do in Midland. The room was spacious and clean and the breakfast had a great choice of items. Would definitely stay again.
