"Elevator down during our stay and we were on 3rd floor. Couldn’t take suitcases just overnight bags. Handicap room not available. Check-in staff was less than pleasant but check out was very nice. We had three room and one was in need of several repairs, which we told morning staff about and issues hadn’t been previously reported. Breakfast was decent. Address copy from Expedia to Apple Maps and Mapquest came up to wrong location. Staff said they’d had multiple guests report this issue."
