I had to contact her again asking for an update,a half an hour later. We were then informed they would have someone out in the morning. The house was freezing. I informed the host the morning was not acceptable, especially considering it was winter. I also informed the host we were not provided with any wifi information, the toilet looked like someone had diarrhea in...

"Would definitely stay here again. Loved location and perfect setup for elderly parents. Recommend including soap/body wash in showers. Also, agree with other reviewer that couch was uncomfortable, and another chair would be helpful for kitchen table. "
