"We booked for a one night stay but ended up staying a second night. From the moment of our arrival the staff were exemplary. Our bedroom was so relaxing with one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I've ever come across in a hotel. The food was so flavourful and delicious. Such a lovely atmosphere with some of the best trained staff were nothing is too much to ask them and your comfort is what matters. A beautiful place and I wanted to stay longer."

"Very nice hotel. Room was a bit dated, and pillows were pretty terrible, but a call to reception resolved pillow issue. Hotel is centrally located and there were many yummy dining options a short walk away."

"Our home at castlemartyr was beautiful. It was very spacious and the support from Martina and Anna was top notch! The resort was gorgeous and had a little bit of everything from lovely acres of walking trails, a spa, golf, restaurants and more. Given that this was all on property it was perfect for our family because my husband was able to golf one morning and I was able to go to the spa in the afternoon all while relaxing with our daughter in the house. It is within driving distance to Cork City, Cobh, Kinsale, and more. You can easily fly into Shannon or Dublin and reach this location. The small town had some restaurants and shops but larger towns and cities were close by if you are looking for more. We also got a family pass to Leahy’s Farm and our daughter loved it! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great on that day but we stayed for a bit and then went in and had the most delicious honey comb ice cream! All and all this property and trip was a dream come true! We would definitely return!"

"A beautiful property. Very charming. There are donkeys and a dog! The dog is quite elderly and doesn’t like being petted but he's so cute! Top class toiletries and a beautifully appointed room. Some of the surafces were a little dusty. But so cute and relaxing "

"Windows were dirty and there were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The internet did not work in the two bedrooms on the bottom floor. It was hard to lock and unlock the front door. Other than that it was okay."
