Congress Plaza Hotel
Check in was easy, things are clean and efficient. The hotel itself needs a facelift in that it smells old and dank and the room itself was strange. Excellent location close to everything. Room with a double bed was small but had a nice bathroom. Nice and friendly staff.

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago
Very nice location, easy to navigate and close by all things. I would stay again. The toilet was not secured down to the floor properly and need some sealer to secure it down. It caused the place to smell like sewage at times.
