Conveniently located near train stations and shopping. Clean and quiet hotel situated over a chic Italian restaurant. Good beds and pillows and the showers have excellent water pressure. The staff are kind and helpful. Just a tip: Expedia indicates this hotel has laundry facilities, but in fact the hotel sends laundry to an off-site service. My family has been to 3 hotels so far in Japan during this trip and Nohga is still the best. Thank you for being a great stay for first-time visitors to Japan.

My family of six stayed here and we were really impressed. The hotel is new, it just opened the day before we checked in so everything was brand new and very clean. They provide toiletries at the front desk for free, including laundry detergent. The only downside was the washer dryer combo took a long time to dry the clothes which is to be expected when it’s a combo. Close to convenience stores and train station and walkable to GINZA six, about 20 min walk.

I have stayed here many times since it opened. This stay happened to be the 20th year since it first opened. I stayed in a "standard" room this time. The experience was just as marvelous as I have had while staying in the luxury rooms. Room service meals are of excellent quality, as are the hotel restaurants. The Teppan Yaki meal we had was amazing. Breakfast on the 33rd floor was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and immediately willing to help us find what we needed. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. Our family group stayed in three different rooms, and each room was beautiful and clean. All of our rooms had amazing views of Tokyo. The outdoor area around the Prince Park Tower includes a nearby historical temple, and easy access to outdoor sitting areas. There are several nice shops in the hotel, a bowling alley, and a Lawson conbini. The concierge desk was delightfully helpful. The check-in desk was quick, skilled, and professional. After staying there many times since our first stay in 2007, this is still my favorite hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel just outside the center of Shinjuku. Being slightly removed from the busiest areas meant it was quieter and less crowded with tourists, which we appreciated. It was still in a great location—within walking distance to many spots and just a short subway ride to all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was a nice bonus. The only downside was that we weren’t able to get extra pillows when we asked, which was a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything was great and we’d consider staying here again!
