I could gush about so many things ... the excellent communication/service/hospitality from the Innkeepers/Owners (Kris & Jason), the impeccable upkeep of the property - both inside & out, the delicious/wonderful breakfast experience, the comfort & style of the rooms themselves, the close proximity to Piedmont Park & other city sites,...

"Area seemed a little sketchy at ngt. I like that the front doors are locked after 11. Worth the stay nice hotel. Slightly noisy with traffic and other room doors opening. "

"Hotel was a cool stay for the price but they get there money from buying breakfast and everything extra was a cost. I saw a few bugs forwards the end of my stay. Elevator takes waaaay too long. If it wasn’t for a balcony and a jetted tub I would never book a stay here! "

"This hotel was conveniently located near lots of restaurants that you could walk to. The breakfast was great and everything was clean. The only thing was the parking for the hotel was on the very top of the parking deck which made it hard to unpack or quickly go to the car."

"The staff and service were amazing. I highly recommend the margarita in the lobby bar. The bed was comfortable. The location in midtown is excellent. The bathroom is incredibly small. However, the shower was heavenly, which, for me, made up for the tiny bathroom. Parking is not intuitive. The parking deck is labled for the Georgian Terrace. This is a shared deck for both hotels. Get a ticket when you enter and the hotel charges $45 for unlimited in and out privileges. "

"This hotel is in need of a full renovation as it's dated and a bit smelly. Otherwise it's ok. The location is great. "
