"Just prior to check-in, I called to see the hours of the pool, just be let down that the pool was not going to be open, during my stay. which was the main reason for my booking, the beuatiful city views for our pictures. once checked in, I just knew we had a fridge and a microwave as a small kitchenette area for a two bedroom apt. To my surprise it was neither. They did have a set of washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. The vent didn't work in the bathroom. The ice machine was not working or turned off on our floor. When I went back down stairs, the front desk agent said he could send a refriferator. And did. One apparently been in the basement, all scratched up and dented. There was no microwave available but I was told by the room deliverer that he would see what he could do."
