"The rooms were very clean, Nick the owner is super fantastic. You could not ask for better service. Breakfast is great, I would like to see scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon added in the future but I am not sure if he has the accommodations to add that. "The property is pretty rundown. There were signs of water damage, very dated furnishings and poor housekeeping in our room - after the front desk hyped it up to be a super sought-after room. "When we checked in they did not have the room we had reserved. Put us in room 303 for the night until a room opened up the next day. The hot water in bathroom sink literally drips out when turned up to full capacity. Moved to 317 next day. It shares a wall with utility room so the wall, bed and nightstand shakes off and on all day/night. There was an electrical cord plugged in the hallway into the utility room that is a trip hazard. It was just not fabulous and wonโt be back."

"The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and nice. You get a room with clean towels one bar of soap and one tube of shampoo. This is an extended stay facility so their are no boxes of kleenex and even though there are cook facilities you would need to bring your own pots, pans, dishes etc. We had a family above us and the kid (or kids) raced back and forth and moved chairs starting at around 5 until 11:30 PM. It was hard to sleep. We talked to the front desk after the second night...

"This would be our second time visiting and the first one last year was not that bad. This time they had put us right across from the housekeeping area. The ladies where very loud in the morning so could not sleep in for the vacation. We where placed in one room that smelled like smoke. I had changed to a new room. I had traveled with a 14 year old and 4 year old. So with that being said food was being dropped on the floor but dont worry there was ants right behind the 4 year old picking it up....
