"The bathroom had hair on the floor and tub rim. The tub was full of hair and obviously had not been cleaned. After informing management they came to the room and wiped out the hair in the tub. Never turned on the faucet. Did not bring any cleaning supplies. Just wiped the hair out. There was enough dust on the floor lamp in the room that you could write your name in it. The duvet was covered in stains. We found hair on the sheets. They had satellite TV and it was raining so the TV kept going out."
