Bummed that my favorite coffee house in Tallahassee (Atomic Coffee) no longer exists. But I may have found a new favorite to replace it. The Black Dog Cafe has very good coffee. I had the latte with and extra shot. Good treats including interesting Popsicles. A deck off the back overlooks Lake Ella. The owner is charming in a "bit of a character" kind of way. I found folks to be very friendly and there are clearly a lot of regulars here. Black Dog will definitely be a regular stop for me when I am in town.

" The property is as advertised and pictures true to reality. From the first interactuon with the host, he was very thorough in his communications. The property itself is "work in progress" but was perfect for two humans and dogs to have our own space and common areas. The back yard was lush with vegetation, but the dogs found their way the large space. Inside, the host has so many kitchen gadgets, and snacks placed in the fridge, as well as "grab and go" on the microwave. Was just the place we...
