"Room was clean. Staff were friendly. We didn't try breakfast out. But the end of the stay was marked by finding an "out of order" sign on the elevator. I was travelling with my daughter for her medical care (so she's not well). I found myself trying to get down the stairwell from the 4th floor with her and all our bags when we were leaving to get to a medical appointment. I would have appreciated some type of communication from the hotel to prepare for that. Or for there to be extra staff in the building to help guests get down the stairs. "

"They are currently under construction with some amazing new features coming soon but the construction was no trouble at all. We LOVED it here and plan to make this our new go-to when in the area. My son lives in Park City and this is better than any place I have ever stayed in Park City and 100% worth the easy drive. Staff was so nice. Pools were amazing. Ground were beautiful and the town is so charming. I could live there!"

"We enjoy staying here! The resort does show some age. Our mattress caved in a bit in the middle, sheets are not soft, one of the onsite restaurants is closed, and the other is ok, but not the best food we've had. The onsite bakery is tasty! Staff is always friendly!"

"Everything was exactly as listed. Clean, comfortable, charming property. Gorgeous views and a wonderful location. Check in was super easy and the owner even had the property ready easily and notified me as soon as it was ready to occupy, which was a nice touch. I totally recommend this Vrbo."

"The big screen was happily even larger than the pictures! There were no large waste bags but the owner was quick to act upon notification which we really appreciated. Very clean. Very accomodating."

"The only 2 things I wished it had was a mini fridge and microwave. With no food options convenient near by, we had leftovers and couldn't heat them up after hours. Or anywhere to store cold drinks and food. Other then that love the Zurmatt "

Everything felt organized and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately made the stay relaxing.The welcome snacks were a great touch and a nice surprise after arriving. Small details like that really make a place stand out and show that the host cares about their guests’ experience.Communication with the host was excellent the entire time. They were very responsive, easy to work with, and made the whole process smooth from booking through checkout. It’s always nice staying somewhere where you know the host is attentive and available if needed.Overall, this was a great stay and exactly what we were hoping for. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with a great host."
