Fun weekend retreat

Perfect location for me and my organization to do community service in Midway and take a day trip to Savannah! The property is beautiful and spacious as well!

Family time

Our Midway Stay

We had a wonderful time staying at Mark’s house in Midway. It was a great central location for day trips north to Savannah and south to Jacksonville and lots of interesting areas in between. The house was great, much larger than you would think. It definitely has a retro charm. We and our family and our pets, too, all enjoyed it so much. It’s well equipped and comfortable and the grounds are beautiful too! We would definitely go back again.

The house was a great location for us. We have family that lives in the area of Midway. We had a little trouble with the a/c but Bob the caretaker responded promptly. We were 8 in our party and were very comfortable

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Communication and check in was perfect. This is a large older but very well maintained home! 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and plenty of dining and living spaces. The deck has a wheel chair ramp and the home has plenty of open space for maneuverability but there isn't a handicapped equipped bathroom. This wasn't an issue for us. We would definitely stay here again if we happened to be in the area.

Great house, great location

We had a family trip with 7 of us. We loved the property, house and location. We will definitely return for another visit! We had plenty of room for everyone and my little brother loved the catch and release pond.

Great house!

It was a really nice house at a reasonable price! A little bit further away from the beach than I would have liked (about an hour), but it was really close to a convenience store, and the house was kept up really well.

Bachelorette weekend

We had my daughter’s bachelorette weekend here it is out so traffic is not bad but a 30to45 minutes to everything. There was plenty of room for everyone. Mark was a great host

Fun and unique

This house reminded us of life in the fifties. Grandsons enjoyed fishing and playing horseshoes and even spotted a baby alligator in the pond. Bob was a gracious host.

Great Property

The property is awesome and is exactly like the photos shown on VRBO The host is very friendly and attentive. There were no issues with the property and the property is great for family fun, barbecuing and family dinners. The space can accommodate at least 10 people comfortably. I will reserve the property again.
