"I spent 4 nights at the hotel. My bathroom was tinyyy, but the room itself was surprisingly large. It was a corner room with windows on two sides. The view of the ocean from the room and its balcony is breathtaking. I was inconvenienced by dogs and dog owners everywhere - for ex there was a very loud dog in the hotel. I mentioned the problem at the front desk, and shortly thereafter and overnight, there was no loud barking anymore. I recommend the hotel. "

"I booked this hotel because the pool area looked nice. I ended up not really using it because it was dirty. Floors get really gross, it’s not kept up with. I was there for 5 days and I noticed that most of the gunk that I saw was still there for the duration of my stay. I was told after I checked in that there was no A/C or heat. I ended up not absolutely needing either of them. Regardless, it just blows my mind that they are even allowed to take bookings and not disclose that to guests. Toilet could have been cleaned better. Also, I found long black hairs stuck to the shower curtain and some in the bed. Staff was nice during check-in. I didn’t interact with anyone else throughout the stay, except for when I saw a staff member in the hall and I asked for a roll of toilet paper, He was nice. "
