"Hotel room lacked decent cleaning. However, staff responded very well to issues. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Once again, staff were excellent when pool area needed towels. Evening snack time and morning breakfast were just average."

"Our stay was excellent the staff presented themselves in a manner that was greater then any hotel staff we have witnessed. The made us feel comfortable, like we’re just as important as the next person, the young lady attending to the breakfast preparation was very friendly, didn’t have any problems with parking, our room was very clean the cleaning staff was great. They gave us towels with out having a attitude that OTHER hotel staff shows."

"Dirty hallways, staff wasn’t as nice, when I arrived to my room which was a 2 queen bedroom it only had 1 towel & as soon as I request some more he brought out only 1 more & I had to tell him to provide me with more since I have 2 kids, dirty pool, kids running up & down the hallways at 12am at night, not enough water pressure to shower, overall I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! "
