The space
This quiet home is decorated with all the modern comforts of your home away from home and is the perfect fit for large groups of all ages and needs. You will enter the home into a cozy living area including comfortable seating, a big screen TV for your entertainment needs, and a book shelf with a variety of titles. Additionally you will find a fully stocked kitchen and a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. This home is set up with the Master Suite on the East side of the house encompassing a cozy king bed and 65 inch TV with a Roku and you will find the en suite bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large shower, and full master closet. The West side of the house holds the remaining three bedrooms. The bedroom overlooking the pool holds a king-size bed, 55 inch TV, and the closet stores a pack and play for those traveling with children. The bedroom facing the front street holds another king-size bed and the game closet stocked with family games, board games, and card games. The fourth bedroom is comforted two bunk beds to sleep a total of 6 guests. The second bathroom is between bedrooms. There is a washer and dryer equipped in the laundry room, along with an iron.
Guest access
This total home includes a private entrance a short walk from the private driveway that accommodates four vehicles. This is a house in a cul de sac and additional street parking is available.
The backyard hosts a large in ground salt water pool, several seating areas, and is a quiet oasis in this quiet Midwest City neighborhood.
This house does not have any stairs.

PETS
If you are bringing your pet you must disclose their attendance when booking your stay. The pet fee is $100.00 and covers one pet (emotional support animals still incur a fee).
If you would like to bring more than one pet, reach out to me to chat about it. Additional pets are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If approved, an additional $100.00 fee is charged for each pet in your party. If we learn a pet is at the property without disclosure a fee will be charged at $200 per pet.
To ensure longevity of the pool, no pets are allowed in the pool. Any violation of this will result in a $200 fine, per pet.
PARTIES
We are excited to offer this home to large gatherings, and will allow parties ranging from kids birthdays to bachelorette/bachelor parties. We ask you notify us if there will be a party planned so we can arrange for appropriate linens and supplies.
